Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping in Finland for all orders over €60.
We currently offer shipping within the EU only. At this time, we do not ship outside of the EU.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lummililli is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lummililli.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lummililli, Saarikonniemi 35, Terälahti 34260, Finland.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
